Messrs. Jaya Prem Chambers was featured in The Star following proceedings involving the ongoing investigation into the founder of the JJ Poor to Rich (JJPTR) investment scheme.

The matter came before the Magistrate’s Court after the police sought a further remand order to continue investigations. Following submissions by the parties, the court declined the application for an additional remand.
