Overview

Messrs. Jaya Prem Chambers was featured in The Star following criminal proceedings involving the founder of the JJ Poor to Rich (JJPTR) investment scheme and two co-accused who were charged with cheating.

The accused appeared before the Magistrate’s Court and entered pleas of not guilty to allegations relating to an investment scheme. The court subsequently considered bail and fixed a future date for case management as the proceedings moved forward.
