MOHD SHUKRI BIN AHMAD MANSOR
Mohd Shukri bin Ahmad Mansor has 20 years’ experience in the legal field. After graduating with an LL.B (Hons) from International Islamic University Malaysia in 2005, he joined the Legal Department of Central Bank of Malaysia in 2006 as a Senior Executive. Shukri had handled myriad area legal services and advices during his 10-year stint at the Central Bank of Malaysia, ranging from trademark registration, drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial agreements, HR matters, commercial crimes prosecution and enforcement. His last position was as a Senior Legal Counsel.
In 2016, he left for chambering at Messrs. A. Azlin Asmah & Co. and was made a partner there after his call to the Malaysian Bar in February 2017. In January 2018, set up Messrs. Asmah Shukri & Co. He has been involved in advising corporate clients pertaining to compliance matters, defending clients in high profile commercial crimes cases including money-laundering cases, representing clients in Syariah and civil litigation matters.
In June 2024, Shukri was appointed by the Minister of Communication to become a member of Multimedia Communication Appeal Tribunal.
Shukri’s areas of interest are money laundering matters, cross border payments, commercial agreements and compliance advisory matters.

MUHAMMAD TAJUL AARIFFIN BIN MUSA
A seasoned legal professional with experience in criminal law and corporate advisory. Previously served with the Attorney General’s Chambers as Federal Counsel, advising government authorities on constitutional and electoral issues, including statutory interpretation and regulatory compliance, and as Deputy Public Prosecutor, conducting criminal trials and appeals while working closely with enforcement agencies across a broad range of cases.
Drawing on extensive public sector experience, provides strategic advice on corporate and commercial matters, adopting a pragmatic and solutions-oriented approach that aligns legal risk management with business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
